Analysis:
Despite the major roster changes last summer, the Bucks struggled in the 2006-07 campaign. By midseason, injuries sidelined four of their five starters, including Simmons, Villanueva, Redd and Williams. To help compensate for the injuries, Milwaukee acquired Early Boykins, Julius Hodge and cash in exchange for Steve Blake. In March, the organization fired Terry Stotts and replaced him with his assistant Larry Krystkowiak, compiling a 5-13 record with Krystokowiak leading the team down the stretch.

From The Media:
"With Andrew Bogut, Dan Gadzuric, Michael Redd, Bobby Simmons and Charlie Villanueva under contract, the Bucks feel they have something of a foundation for the future. It's a safe bet that they would like to re-sign restricted free agents Charlie Bell and Ersan Ilysasova, along with unrestricted free agent Mo Williams. The Bucks have the option to re-sign Brian Skinner and Harris spoke highly of the physical presence that Skinner brought to the team The Bucks will have a top-six draft pick and hope also to be able to sign a free agent or two to add to that group."
